Personal data captured when someone submits a contact form on this website is sent directly to my email address. If the contents of the contact form related to a private client to who I provide legal services, I will retain that information for 7 years. However, if the inquiry does not result in a private client for legal services, I delete the information after 12 months.
I do not use any information submitted through contact forms for marketing purposes nor do I share any information submitted through contact forms with any third party without the person’s express consent (except that I may share or share access to such information for competent technical contractors involved in this website’s development).
